I recently completed the interview process for NPower's Tech Fundamentals program in San Antonio, and I’m very grateful for the experience. From start to finish, the process was well-organized, professional, and supportive. After submitting my application, I was contacted promptly to schedule an initial phone screening. The interviewer was kind, clear, and made me feel comfortable. The questions focused on my background, goals, and reasons for applying to the program. Next, I completed a behavioral interview and a social support intake. The staff asked thoughtful questions and took the time to understand my personal circumstances and career aspirations. I really appreciated their genuine interest in helping me succeed. Throughout the process, I received clear communication and timely follow-ups. Everyone I spoke with was respectful, encouraging, and passionate about NPower’s mission. Overall, the interview process was not only smooth but also inspiring. I want to thank the NPower team for their professionalism and support. I’m excited to start this new chapter with your program!
