Interesting process interviewed by 6 current staff and management with lots of personal discussions about law school and my goals including why I wanted to work at NPR. I had a lot in common with some of the interviewers and the conversation was pleasant and informative
Heard back within a week of applying; quick phone conversation with an HR interviewer for a pre-interview; never heard back. It was an average interview, I just was unprepared for the position.

Entretien
I was contacted about two weeks after I applied. I did a short (~20 minute) phone interview with my now supervisor that same afternoon. I was offered the job about a week later.
