The recruiter reached out to me right away. A quick conversation and then set up an interview with a manager the next day in the office. Got a call back 2 days later to virtual interview with the partner and then was offered the job 3 days later. Very basic questions, mostly wanted to get to know me and hear about my experience

Fairly simple and semi-casual. Not too many behavioral questions mainly just why you want to work there and why you would be a good fit. Followed up by 2 assessments: one excel and one basic accounting. Both were fairly straightforward and I you know the basics would do fine on. Last step was an in-person interview.
