Interview Process is not that sophisticated. Interview was for Data Scientist but they wanted me to hire for Data Engineer considering my prior engineering background. They could have easily clarified this from the start . Took 3 rounds of interviews. It was waste of time and energy for both the parties. I still did not know why i was not selected . if salary was the constraint again they should have clarified this at the start of the interview. no need to go through 3 round of interviews and waste everyone's time. I guess clarity in what kind of roles they need to hire doesnt exist. I understand startups are not known for structure but still it would be better if the process is organized. i would not receommend this company to anyone considering lack of clarity on what kind of people they want to hire.

One hands on project and one virtual interview The hand on project was training a simple model and answering some questions. The interview was related to data science, machine learning and statistics. Also discussed my work experience and how I got into the field, basic things.
