1. Online exam including single choice and multiple choice questions, MySQL coding, leetcode coding 2. Interview on techincal skills including basic python programming, c++ programming, basic operation on database manage system

The interview process was very simple. I have applied for Software Test Engineer, they took phone screening one HR and one Technical coding. Question was very simple (If you don't get nervous, believe me it's very x 100000 times easy). Then they called me for face to face at SJ. First 15 mins building tour. Then the interview process starts. The 1st person came in asked me automation Framework development stuffs. And asked me they want a person who is very much into Framework Development from scratch. Next person came in asked me one Design question and asked me a KindeCare level program to code (Like Hello World). Third person came in asked me behavioral question. 4th person came in, I like the coding question but it was again very simple. 5th person came in asked me again some useless KinderCare level interview question. Anyways the only good thing about this company is FREE LUNCH AND FOOD AND BEVERAGES. Now Cons: I attended the interview on some Friday very next Monday I received the email from HR that, we will get to you by Thursday or Friday because one of the big will be out of office. That Thursday and Friday also went, Monday again I received the email that, we want to talk to you for sometime let us know your availability. Then I have provided my time they did call me on-time and said they I don't have experience into the Automation framework development from scratch they why they are not moving forward. And against position I have applied that just filled last week. Wow..... My suggestion: if you don't want hire then just send and email and say we can't move on. And as far as my skill sets goes, did I send you my resume after the interview??? Frustrating...
