First round was a phone screen wherein I spoke to the hiring manager and we went over my experience, why I was looking to move and was then asked to describe a hard problem that I had encountered in my career and how I went about debugging and solving it.
For the onsite, was interviewed by 6 senior engineers + the hiring manager, each with at least 15+ years of experience. Off the 6, 3 focused on coding questions and 3 on system design questions. The hiring manager focused on behavioral questions and cross functional work.
