After passing the initial phone screen with a Nike recruiter I was flown to Portland for my panel interview. I had a fairly laid back interview with 5-6 software engineers in varying positions within the team I was looking to join. Most of their questions were either about my resume contents or from a small pamphlet with a couple general situational questions.
