At the time I interviewed with 4 other potential candidates and two department managers. In the group, they offered me the job over the others for having an interest in sports. Interview questions were easy, asked about our sports knowledge, a few situation based questions. Offered and accepted the position the next day.

Very easy interview process. Just an online interview and I was contacted by phone call a couple weeks later. They extended me an offer and asked me to come in for training.
