The folks that interviewed me were decent. I could tell they were busy and maybe not 100% into the process. They were nice and positive throughout though, and suggested that I try for another position that would better use my capabilities.

Nike’s interview process was structured and professional. It started with a recruiter screening followed by interviews focusing on behavioral questions, teamwork, and cultural fit. The process was smooth overall, though communication between stages could be slightly slow. Overall, a positive and insightful experience.

Panel interview with questions on experience and team focus. Setting is very casual and personable. Made sure to elaborate on questions and have stories to describe projects or scenarios. Hiring process does take awhile.

Entretien
It was really fun. Good questions, felt comfortable. A little dry. They're very buttoned up here. Hot tip: Wear Nike shoes to the interview. I also have a lot of friends who work here, and job security isn't really a thing, so everyone can be on edge.
