The interview was very methodical and thorough. Interview includes both subjective (verbal) and objective (written) testing. It was unnecessarily long. The process tests candidates intelligence and aptitude more than rote knowledge. It was conducted very professionally. HR discussion (the salary and benefits part) was also simple and straight forward.
