The process started with an over the phone chat about my work experience followed by a copy writing test that had to be completed within a specific time period. After that, there was another interview over the phone with two managers who mostly asked about my previous work experience and how that related to the role.

The interview process is comprehensive in which they evaluate both technical & soft skills. They ask general questions in Level 1 & more technical ones in level 2 which is generally a written test to test your written communication skills.
