The interview process was overall fairly easy. The interviewers were friendly and the conversations were tailored to research interests, goals and experience. The process began as a panel interview followed by one on one interview.

The HR interviewed me and asked questions one by one. One day, one person. A total of 8 HR interviewed me, and each person talked for one hour with me, so I spent 8 hours.

The interview focused on the specific expectations associated with the role. The interviewer emphasized the importance of understanding the job responsibilities, the scope of work, and the expected outcomes. Clear communication of expectations from the employer was highlighted as crucial for job satisfaction and performance.
