Initial teams interview wasn’t as professional as I would expect from such an organisation. I then waited for approximately 4 months before getting a second interview which again wasn’t set up for a candidate to excel on my experience and qualifications. The feedback from both interviews was sub standard and not at all related to what I was asked

Honest about the company and the changes require along with the type of staff they require to help with the changes required. Also the issues that have occupied and how they wish to resolve this.
