The interview process was quite straightforward, simple and easy. The interviewees were clear in what they needed and answered all of my questions honestly. It was a good experience. Only two/three stages.
“I would stay calm, listen carefully, and understand their concern. I’d respond politely, offer solutions, and ensure they feel heard, maintaining professionalism and aiming for a positive outcome every time.
- Fairly straightforward face to face interview. Surgery manager asked questions regarding my CV, NHS values, competency questions and what my availabilities were like. I heard back 2 weeks later
