Got shortlisted quite quickly, Very receptive team answered any prep questions i had, Easy to arrange preferred interview date. They called the next morning to let me know outcome of interview.

Give us one scenario where you've taken on feedback you've received either from patients or colleagues and applied it to your role.
Firstly was asked to tell the panel about myself. Then I was asked how I have managed competing priorities. I was asked what I would do if my band 2 told me that the case notes weren't prepared for a clinic the next day at and it was the end of the working day. I was asked about strengths and weaknesses.
