I had a 10 minute computer test where I had to reply to an email, answer the telephone and do a typing test. Followed by an interview with a panel of 2

I was asked to give example where I had dealt with customer service and how I would deal with a difficult customer on the telephone. I was asked what I knew about the department and about Data protection and confidentiality.
