i was interviewed for the post of Admin asst. The interview questions were based on the job specification details provided earlier. i was able to answer them well as I had prepared for the question well in advance.
The Interview itself was short and normal - but starting employment could take up to couple of months.
The interview was only in 1 stage and usually consists of more than 1 interviewer.

First, I received a phone call, which lasted about 20 minutes, to understand my situation and my familiarity with Excel. The process was handled very professionally and courteously. After that, I waited for the online interview to be scheduled.

There is an online form that needs to be completed and then submitted, this takes some time and some care is needed to ensure there are no typos etc. Once done, if successful then an in person interview is offered.
