Notice About a Short Skills Test (Sometimes)
For Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker roles, it’s usually NOT required.
However, for administrative Band 3 roles, they sometimes include a short literacy, numeracy, or computer task.
In the HCSW interview, you might instead be given a short scenario question (verbal), e.g.:
