just need to know yourself and read a bit the research of lab. The atmosphere is friendly. The PI doesn't make things difficult. Feel relaxed and answer honestly. the PI answer if you are hired immediately

PIs are really nice. They talked through the job descriptions patiently with the employees with a big smile. I don't feel the interview is intense. It seems like they welcome you on board as long as you match their qualifications.
