1) Call with manager 2) In person with peers on the same team 3) In person with upper management. Each of these meetings was straight forward and pleasurable, the office/work environment was great.
Recruiter freaked out that I had my automatic Fred Fireflies function on Zoom. He logged off. When I emailed him that I had turned it off, apologized, and had time to initiate the interview during our allotted time, he never responded.
