The interview went very smoothly. Met with my would be manager for a casual conversation; no testing. After about an hour describing my skill set and what I could contribute as a future employee I met with the CFO as a cursory interview. At which point he gave me a background on the company and what my role was. After that an offer was made in the coming days.

I applied online, couple weeks late, they scheduled a phone screen with me. But nobody call me at the interview time. I emailed, no reply. Very disappointed. I even send a message to HR on Linkedln, still no reply.
