      Entretien

      The process is ridiculous and there is no accountability. The position had 7 screenings/interviews and I have not heard back despite email follow ups and calls. Screening 1: HR manager reached out for a phone screening initially. Interview 1&2: Next steps was two interviews back to back with a Senior Manager and Manager in both. Only one person attended the first interview and in the second, a 3rd person joined the call towards the end. Interview 3: The 3rd person who joined Interview 2 was actually another HR person who said I was also supposed to be meeting with her which I had no knowledge of. Interview 4&5: Next I was told I would be meeting with AVPs in Interview 4 and the HR Director/VP for Interview 5. In Int4, one of the AVPs showed up 10 mins late (understandably due to a doctor’s appt). In Int5, the VP did not show up and I was talking with the 3rd HR person in this entire process so far. Not long after Int5, I was contacted by HR #2 to join a call in 45 mins with the VP because he still wanted to meet. The VP and HR person said I would have an answer by the following Wednesday. I waited all week and did not hear anything. The next Tuesday, I emailed HR#2 and did not get a response. On Thursday, I called HR #2 and HR #1 with no response. I sent a follow up email to HR#2 and finally heard back saying that I would have an answer early next week. The next day HR#1 emailed saying I had not been selected and that they hope I would reapply in the future. To have a candidate go through 7 calls with no feedback, if any, and lack of responsiveness is absolutely ridiculous. I would not reapply.
