J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez NFL
Entretien
4 Month Process of Submitting Application, 2 30-minute Skype Interviews and then an in person 1 hour interview at their offices in NYC. The Skype interviews consisted of the first which included two NFL personnel at their LA offices (Culver City) who asked questions about my time at college/work experience/vocational goals. The 2nd interview was with two previous JRP participants and we discussed the program and being a culture fit for the NFL. The in-person interview was with 2 NFL Executives at their NYC office, I gave a 15 minute presentation and then a 45 minute Q&A. Pretty standard. Was really nice NYC trip was paid for (Travel and Hotel). Stayed at a swanky hotel. NFL knows how to impress.

The whole process to get decision took 5+ months. The first round starts with a HireVue interview with 10 questions. The second round is a on the phone interview with one or two NFL employees. For the final round, they bring you up to the NY office for a panel in-person interview and presentation.
