Video interview. There were pre-recorded questions on the screen with 3 minutes to answer each question. The interview was very static, with no conversational questions. These pre-recorded interviews are very awkward for someone who is not comfortable in front of a camera. Felt more like an audition/test for screening rather than a business position for a huge company.
