The experience gave me a terrible impression of the company. I booked a phone screening, but the recruiter didn’t reach out until 20 minutes after the scheduled time, asking to delay the call by an hour (no apology). Then she called 40 minutes later anyway. She seemed completely disengaged, as if she forgot the call was even scheduled. I definitely felt like an afterthought. I sent an email the next day to ask a question about the role. I never got a response or formal rejection.
