I was an intern so they mainly asked personality based questions. Other examples are how I dealt with set backs. It was a fairly laid back interview, the interviewers were kind and polite so there is no need to feel nervous.

Phone interview, then in person, I was interviewed by the GM of the warehouse and the inventory manager as well. 30 minute interview that was very laid back. They just cared about the person I was and the work ethic I had. They were very nice people throughout the entire process.

Standard questions, one hr person, and one site director. They were friendly, and before I even asked my questions the site manager gave me a good breakdown of the company. They seemed to like working there, and I felt good about it all
