I got there fifteen minutes early so they said I could sit down and wait or walk round the shop, so I walked round for a bit and sat down. There were about nine other people going for three sales associate places and also some management places. The interview was meant to start at 4 but we didn't get called up until 4:15! Which was a bit annoying as we were all on time.
We started off by saying our names and a little about ourselves. Then we were given different questions to answer as a group and present them to the other group. Someone had to speak out, and every time they read out my suggestions the two interviewers said they were really good but of course I didn't get the credit for them! Which is why I didn't really like the group interview. However when they listened in I talked quite a lot and interacted with others also.
After feeding back we all had to go down to the shop floor and pick outfits for a certain event and with certain criteria. I really liked mine as I got a scenario in my age range so I could apply my own style.
Once this was finished they explained that if you got the job you would be called on the Thursday evening (the interview was on a Thursday) or on Friday morning as you had to do a Saturday trial shift. If you didn't get it, you'd get an email in the next week.
I never got a phone call, but then received an email later that week. I would have loved to have worked there but it's been a great experience nevertheless!

very slow process, it took over 3 weeks for a response and I had to eventually contact them myself which led to me being ignored. The lady was really nice in my first stage of my interview but I have heard rumours that the company is not great to work for.
