Entretien
The interview process was appalling with so many delays. No response after 4 weeks. Delays and appalling communication. Would avoid.
First video call was informal, quite pointless if they hiring process would take over a month.

Entretien
I applied for the role on Next's website and two days later received a call from a member of their recruitment team to discuss my application/CV in more detail and invite me to an interview. I was able to find head office and the building my interview was in really easily because I had been sent useful information ahead via email. The interview was really relaxed and I felt very comfortable so we had a great conversation about the role, the wider team and business culture as well as my work experience. I was clear on the next steps and when I would hear any feedback.
