Phone call and was so vague? They asked a few questions and then jumped straight into what hours I’m available and then offered me the role and literally ghosted me. Never heard back and never bothered to contact me. I was confused to say at the least.

Very simple. Informed me about the job id applied for and ask roughly 3 questions about myself and experience. Rest was availability. Then offered a face to face interview. This consists of Phone task, email task and a face to face interview which overran last 2hrs and 45min
