Entretien
Four-step process. Sounds thorough, right? Nope — total waste of time.
Couple interviewers clearly hadn’t read my resume, one was multitasking, and the questions felt like they were pulled out of a hat. Then came the “activity” — logging in, changing settings, saving settings — apparently the true test of Client Success?
Bonus points for the awkward snark from one interviewer mid-interview. And the grand finale? Ghosted after the final round. Not even a “thanks but no thanks.”
If this is how they treat candidates, imagine the “success” their clients get.

Question 1
"What is a creative way that you prepare for public speaking?"
The interview involved multiple rounds including a screening call, a skills assessment completed via email, and a final interview. The final interview had a panel of staff members that took turns asking me questions. At the end of the interview I had to complete an "activity" where they asked me to navigate through their software following a series of steps.
