The interview process was overall quite pleasant. The hiring manager was very friendly and took the time to introduce the team structure, key members, and how the department operates. They also explained the role in detail, including the working model and cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
After that, team members took turns asking technical and domain-specific questions, covering areas such as overall knowledge of connectivity products, common technical challenges in the product development lifecycle, and project management practices. The role is roughly 60% project management and 40% technical.
