After being head hunted through LinkedIn and expressing interest back to the HR lead there was silence. I followed up with HR a few weeks later who then arranged an interview. I felt the interview went well and sounded positive. After 10 days I hadn’t heard anything further so emailed the interviewing manager and HR who replied and said it takes a while and still in process (all valid). A further 4 weeks down the line and still nothing further so I emailed again and HR responded that it would still take more time. 6 weeks is a long time to wait for any kind of response from an interview when you are contacted by them in the first place? No offer as of yet and still waiting.

The interview process was not clear and unorganised. Not a professional HR team. I think this company need a lot of work to have a better HR team. They ask a lot of personal questions.
