Received invite from HR for interview for the Senior Test Analyst post.
Interview was scheduled only after discussing the expectation from both Company and My side.
Two grilling rounds of interviews were taken one by Technical team and another by Managerial perspective.
3rd round was HR where i was informed that i have cleared interview and then further things like joining period, Salary, one year agreement etc were discussed.
I was informed that they will be releasing offer next week after an approval from higher management. HR obviously didnt called back and then i had to follow back 2-3 times to get an update saying “Profile is kept ON-HOLD”
Lol yes this was the reply from HR after entire interview process and selection confirmation.
