Had an initial phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. They asked standard questions and made the job seem easy enough. Then had a second interview that was an hour long on Zoom. The interview was easy, they ask your sports experience and show you what a day working for them would be like.

Great process, the women was very nice and easy to speak with she outlined the job details and gave me time to ask any questions. She clarified any questions I had and seemed genuinely interested in the interview.

Easy and straight forward questions such as; what sports did you play, what was your favorite/best sport, what was your (or a friends) recruiting process like? They also confirmed the very low base pay of $21K with a comp plan
