Asked me about my experience and my technical skills and my future plans. They also asked me why I want to work for NCS and if i have any other offers. They did not accept my initial salary request but i had to bargain until the minimum point which I need in order to survive in Singapore.

First stage is multiple choice paper test for Java Programming, difficulty is average, mixing basic knowledge and few tricky questions, then HR interview, asking how to design web application, what is the process, what areas to focus on
