I had a disappointing experience with the interview process at this company. Despite being scheduled for a 10 AM on-site interview, the interviewer was 15 minutes late. Following the hour-and-a-half-long interview, I was asked to return at 4 PM for another round with a head from another region. Unable to leave due to the time constraints, I waited for four hours. After this, I was simply told to await a call from HR. However, a month has passed with no communication whatsoever, leaving me feeling disregarded. This lack of follow-up and courtesy stands in stark contrast to other companies I've interacted with. Overall, the experience was quite negative and unprofessional.

Applied online, then HR call back to fix telephone interview with manager and his colleague. Then face to face interview in the campus. No questions asked, it was just a chat with my CV and experiences.
