First interview will usually be a phone interview. If you do well you will get an in office interview with usually 2-3 people in the department. The questions are typical. The process can take a long time for some positions.

At the start I was Executive Admin Assistant to 1 Director in Finance and 2 in Retail so I had a three stage interview process, which I had never had before so it was a little strange for me, but looking back now makes perfect sense.
