Easy Interview more on process & Telco. More on your behaviour and problem solving capability.Understanding of driving changes in a process oriented company . Questions were based on experience of the candidate. HR called up over the phone and scheduled interview with the hiring manager . Hiring Manager was very calm & made sure your comfortable.

Tell me about a situation when you have to convince some one where they were against your idea?
Usual interview process. 10 questions based on behavioural interview questions. Then intro to the role and what i'd be doing day to day. At the end got to ask questions.

Entretien
First I had a technical interview with the immediate supervisor. It was related to the job description they had shared. JD was very descriptive, explained the skills required and everyday job in detail. They were flexible on the interview date, which pleased me. They responded immediately. Second round was with managers. It was behavioural questions. The response time for this was not as fast as the previous round.
