Applied through the website in December and received an email where I've been asked to do a video-recorded interview by the 18th of January.The online interview had two formality written questions and three video questions, each timed out to be a minute and a half. The recorded interview is quite weird in the way that you are talking to yourself.

Very long and tedious but seems like they are interested in you as a person. It is very competitive so make sure to really sell yourself!! Low pay for long hours....

Applied, had virtual interview (rapid-fire questions), then went into their offices for an in-person interview in March/April for Summer internship. Great experience, it felt more like a conversation and truly wasn't too intimidating. Wonderful internship program overall as well!

Entretien
Fair interview process with a few rounds, several questions per interview that usually require long answers, and a lot of information regarding the job. It is best to take notes throughout the duration of the process.
