The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening with a recruiter followed by a virtual interview with members of the design team. Questions focused on my portfolio, design process, collaboration, and experience working on deadlines. Overall the process was professional and straightforward.

had a brief phone interview with the vp, then 1st interview was scheduled.
It's very typical process. They went through what the division does and ask what you can contribute to the division and show your work.
