Phone screening followed by separate in-person interviews with two VPs. Took about a week between phone screening and the interviews. The interviews were each about 45 minutes long. Asked mostly behavioral questions.

The recruiter for this position shared the job posting on LinkedIn. I directly reached out to them and was invited for an interview the following week. It was only 1 interview, and I was ghosted afterwards. I was told I'd hear back the following week, and never did. So I sent an email asking for an update...no response. I don't care how many people you interview for a job, you should NEVER ghost your candidates. I'd gladly accept a copy & paste rejection email over hearing nothing at all. This is the first time I've had a company of this size ghost me after an interview. Unprofessional...and I think it says a lot about the company itself.

Went in for an interview about 2 weeks after applying. I met with a member from HR and we spoke for about an hour. Very typical style interview. Neutral experience.

I did not go through an interview process, but I did meet with senior staff. There, we went through what the daily tasks would be like, and we then went straight into strategizing for promotional events.
