Do exactly what is described in the ad. Go through the online process. It DOES work. If you meet specific qualifications, you'll get a call from a recruiter. That recruiter is your first level. If you know someone in the building - tell them. It will help you get past that initial eyeballs test. They only look at the resume. Your cover letter -- I don't think too much. Then you'll get a call from who would be your direct manager. The phone interview will last probably 45 minutes if they are truly interested. It's possible another person will interview you on the phone, too. Then it'll likely be a formal interview with an in-house -- in person interview. You'll meet with many people from your immediate boss, to the manager of the department. Possibly the GM, too depending on the job you are applying for. You'll also be interviewed by HR. You MIGHT be required to take a general knowledge test -- depending on your job description. Producers will get one.
