For college students applying for their first, full-time job, the interview process starts as a phone interview after a recruitment event. Then, you will come in for one day, and be interviewed by a few different Supervisors of different groups, and you will rank your top 3 choices of groups at the end of the day. You will be contacted at a later date via email if one (or multiple) Supervisors is interested in hiring you.

Recruiter asked general behavior questions and about my projects in school. I also talked about the extra projects I did recreationally. Just make sure to review the STAR method and you should be good.
