The program I applied through was NREIP. It included short essays and then whatever groups interested with you, your resume, and your essays would call for an interview. It was all a pretty lengthy process and I didn't find out whether I got my job till February.

A load of their questions were behavioral. One question they asked was how I'd go about talking to my Manager if we disagree on a subject.

Spoke to a representative at a career fair. Very conversational, interesting, and informative. They called me back the same day to schedule a phone interview for the next week.
The phone interview was a set list of questions, and very formal, unlike the career fair conversation. I received an email two weeks later requesting all my updated information, and they gave me two interview times with two separate managers.
The two interviews were very conversational and informal. Very nice people all around. Received a tentative offer from both teams the next week.
