Interviewed with their recruiter. Call went very well, really thought I have made it through as skills and experience were very much aligned. Was ghosted for an entire week and in the end did not receive feedback but a template response that I have not been selected. In this tough job market people are moving from one interview to another, preparing for all of them and it would be nice if the companies can at least give some feedback that is not a template. It doesn’t even have to be a long response.
