The interview process was arduous, and lasted six hours from 8am - 2pm. A lot of us interviewees were hungry, lethargic and ready to go after six long hours.

Applied online, got an email to arrange a phone interview. The interview lasted less than 7 minutes. The interviewer was nice enough but I had to be honest and let her know that I could not work for $10 an hour. I spent more time on the assessments, which are quite extensive given their very low starting salary.
