A recruiter will email you an online assessment, that includes a typing test, then you have a phone interview, then an in person interview, and if you are bilingual, you will have a phone session where you will interpret a mock call. At this point you would get an offer letter if you were going to be given the job that will give you the schedule you talked about during your interview and training information. Finally you will then go for a drug test and have a background check done.
