I applied online, completed a short "SAT-like" test which also included some personality type questions. I came into the office to complete the test again to insure the results matched. After completing that I was called in and completed one in-person interview with the hiring manager. HR was wonderful throughout the entire process. They were very communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had and were welcoming from the start.
