J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez NAV Canada (Toronto, ON) en oct. 2016
Entretien
-Applicants are directed to a "take charge" microsite to complete online form, submit resume and cover letter, etc
-Online assessment quiz is an 8 minute English comprehension test (a breeze for native speakers along the lines of "their vs there")
-Additional basic logic type questions thrown in totalling 30 questions in 8 minutes
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
-Your suitability for this role depends entirely on aforementioned 8 minute quiz so don't spend too much time preparing for an interview or polishing your CV
-My related Air Force experience doesn't matter either (Vets be forewarned)
The whole process is just the same as they have mentioned in websites and emails they sent for invitations. Just prepare according to their instructions. The interview is a little bit serious. They want to find the person who fits the position.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 12 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez NAV Canada (Edmonton, AB) en juil. 2022
Entretien
Applied in November 2020, was assessed in July 2022. I was assessed at the Edmonton AIC and the assessment was intense and boring and a lot of reading. I recommend that you don’t go over caffeinated, or over hydrated, get a full nights sleep, and meditate beforehand. The process was organized and the coordinator was lovely.
