Got an interview through the school. Lasted a little over 30 minutes. Was given an offer in early December for a spring co-op. Interview was almost entirely technical with a smart guy that seemed legitimately interesting in my projects

The interview was both behavioral and technical. The behavioral portions lasts about 10 minutes. I was asked to solve mechanical design problems and about material properties of different metals.

Two rigorous phone interviews where we talked about previous internship experience and university project experience. This was the followed by a drug test and background check. I did not have an in person interview due to the fact that I was coming from out of state.
